Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

- The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
-Custom or personalized orders
-Intimate items – Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
VAT, GST, and other fees are NOT included in the price. Orders go via Express mail (FedEx/ DHL) with tracking number, signature confirmation, and insured.
The delivery time depends on your country. It’s can take 3-7 business days or even more (not including customs delays). Your government may impose fees or taxes at the time of delivery, these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We provide free shipping, but if you want fastest delivery (priority shipping), please contact us for details.
- Most of our items are ready to ship in 1 business day. If we have to make any changes to the item as resizing for rings or engraving, that may take up to 3 business days or sometimes, even more, depends on the buyer’s request.
- Preparing time for Made to Order items is 1-2 weeks if the item from our catalog. In case a buyer makes an order for an item not from our catalog, so preparation time is 1-2 weeks plus 3D modeling (duration depends on the complexity of the model).
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
